"Building Trust: The Essentials of Workplace Communication"
Poor communication with management is the most frequent complaint voiced by employees, and two-thirds say it prevents them from doing their best work. Effective communication is more challenging than ever, due to the speed and intensity of interactions, and the diversity of cultures and styles in any given organization. This requires leaders to communicate with more knowledge and sophistication in order to bring about the results they want. Skillful communicators know their own behavioral/communication style and how it impacts others. They can also quickly and accurately "read" another person's behavioral style, and adjust their own style accordingly for more accurate communication and more effective results. Communication is the key to building strong, meaningful relationships. This workshop is designed to strengthen the participants' ability to build rapport, relate easily to others at all levels of the organization, and communicate directly and effectively.
