Monte also provides training and consultation in the areas of collaborative problem-solving, conflict resolution, board development, and performance measurement. His international experience includes the development and leadership for numerous educational programs, sustainable development and natural resource protection projects in Russia and Central Asia. |

| Susan Corning | Susan Corning, President of CorningWorks, Inc. is a nationally recognized strategy consultant and executive coach who is dedicated to developing excellence in leaders and leadership teams. With 25 years of experience, Susan has worked with more than 2,000 senior executives, helping them create and achieve ambitious individual and organizational goals. Her clients have included the CEOs, senior executives, board and physician leaders of over 250 health systems and human service organizations throughout the country. She has conducted more than 500 client engagements in leadership development, executive coaching, team-building, strategic planning, and workforce planning. Susan has also written numerous articles for national publications, and she co-authored Winning with Synergy (Harper & Row, 1986). She recently conducted an innovative national research study on nursing leadership and retention, which has been published by the Journal of Nursing Administration. She has served as faculty for the Health Forum and the Kaiser Institute and has given hundreds of seminars and presentations to professional associations and client groups. |
| Dr. Eldon R. (Bill) Mahoney, PhD | Dr. Mahoney is the Director of Survey Research & Development for PeaceHealth in Bellevue, Washington, and is Workforce Engage's Chief Statistician. In addition to his training in statistics, Dr. Mahoney has a background and extensive experience in Organization Development. His measurement and statistical analysis work has been published widely in such journals as Health Services Research, Medical Care, and American Journal of Human Biology. |

He has consulted and taught in a variety of private, public and nonprofit environments throughout the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, the Czech and Slovak Republics, Poland, Ukraine, South Africa and the former Soviet Union. |
| William H. Rogers, Ph.D. | Dr. Rogers has been at the forefront of applying the metrics of survey instruments and information technology in the health care field for over twenty-five years. Dr. Rogers has worked as a senior scientist and consultant for several prestigious research organizations including RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, California, and The Health Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr Rogers was a pioneer in early Unix systems while at Bell Telephone Labs in the 1970s. WHile at RAND, Dr. Rogers co-developed a PC-based survey support and statistical analysis software application (STATA), which is widely used in health and health care research. He has served as a consultant on health care quality and cost matters to numerous organizations including the Veterans Administration, NCQA, and the New England Medical Center.
